Machining Capacity & Quality Control
Standard Compliance: In the absence of 2D drawings, we conform to ISO 2768 M standards. With drawings, we achieve exceptional tolerances of +/- 0.01 mm.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What materials are you capable of machining?
We work with a wide range of materials including Aluminium alloys (6061, 7075, 5052), Stainless Steel (304, 316, 17-4PH), Titanium, Brass, Bronze, and various plastics like PEEK, POM, and ABS.
2. What is your typical lead time for custom parts?
For small prototype orders (1-5 pieces), the lead time is approximately 3-7 days. For larger bulk production orders, the timeline is typically around 30 days depending on complexity.
3. What kind of tolerances can you achieve?
Our standard machining tolerance is ±0.025mm. For high-precision requirements with detailed 2D drawings, we can achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.01mm.
4. What surface treatments do you provide?
We offer a comprehensive range of finishes including Sandblasting, Anodizing (various colors), Powder Coating, Passivation, Electropolishing, Chrome Plating, and Laser Etching.
5. Which drawing formats do you support for quotation?
We accept 2D drawings in PDF or CAD format, and 3D models in STEP, STP, IGS, or X-T formats.
6. How is product quality ensured during production?
We utilize a complete testing laboratory equipped with CMM, optical comparators, micrometers, and calipers. Our quality control team performs daily inspections throughout the production process to ensure ISO standards are met.
